Monique du Plooy is a well-rounded sonographer with a passion for obstetric sonography. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality fetal scans while creating a reassuring and meaningful experience for expectant families. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound from the University of Johannesburg, where she was recognised with the prestigious UJenius Award, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence in medical imaging.

Monique is accredited by the Fetal Medicine Foundation and has completed numerous courses demonstrating her commitment to maintaining internationally recognised standards in first-trimester screening and fetal assessment.

In addition to her clinical work, Monique has contributed to postgraduate ultrasound training, enhancing her teaching skills and her ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Monique is passionate about combining technical precision with genuine care, ensuring that every scan is thorough and informative while allowing families to experience the special moment of seeing and connecting with their baby.
